During my internship at Skaleway, I had the opportunity to learn new advance technologies and built solutions like Nvii and gained public speaking skills and connections that have shaped how I built, collaborate and learn along side others.

I am currently a full stack developer at the Tic Foundation, building internal operational software required to ensure the Tic Summit process goes easy, with better productivity tracking and ensuring the administrative processes are made easier.

During my time at the Tic Foundation, I have worked in projects that include:

1. Tic Impact: An online platform that allows for coordinators and volunteers of the Tic Summit program to simulate the Tic Summit process and track performance metrics, award streaks and determine high performing volunteers.

2. Tic Leaders Training Platform: This is where volunteers are given courses that teach them how to be great leaders, team collaborators and gain real world challenge problem solving through simulations and role plays.

3. Light house path ways: An AI powered software that allows both participants and volunteers to determine their unique strengths, SWOT analysis and help them with finding a career path that fits them.
